One of our biggest supporters, Jan Kahdeman, has renewed her offer this year to triple all donations to Forestville Skatespot until the end of the year.​
Please give now and your gift of $20 becomes $60, $50 becomes $150, and $500 becomes $1,500! If we meet our goal to raise $10,000 before December 31st, Jan will donate $20,000! That’s a total of $30,000!
Preliminary site design
We are so psyched to share that we have a preliminary site plan for the vacant lot at Packinghouse Road! This is not the final park design, but it is the beginning of the permitting process. There will be several rounds of changes once the process begins and the various county and federal agencies weigh in to evaluate what is appropriate for the site. Don't forget there will be at least one more round of community engagement around features of the greater park as well as the skatepark.
Thanks to a technical support grant from Ag+Open Space and our contracted partner at Carlile Macy this site plan will get us one step closer to approved permits for the future skatepark!
