MATCH EXCEEDED!
Thanks to you and our amazing community of supporters we exceeded our 2025 year end fundraising goal and raised over $10,000. Your gifts were tripled by our amazing match donor, Jan Kahdeman, who gave $20,000 for a grand total of $30,601!
2026 is off to a great start! As we continue to navigate pre-construction with as much speed as possible, we’re ready to submit our site plan and initial environmental studies to Permit Sonoma. Identifying a County Department to oversee the future park is our next big goal.

Preliminary site design
We are so psyched to share that we have a preliminary site plan for the vacant lot at Packinghouse Road! This is not the final park design, but it is the beginning of the permitting process. There will be several rounds of changes once the process begins and the various county and federal agencies weigh in to evaluate what is appropriate for the site. Don't forget there will be at least one more round of community engagement around features of the greater park as well as the skatepark.
Thanks to a technical support grant from Ag+Open Space and our contracted partner at Carlile Macy this site plan will get us one step closer to approved permits for the future skatepark!
